CST IN YOUR COMMUNITY

We would like to introduce you to the Community Support Team process that is starting up in your community.

The CST planning process offers real hope to families with children, youth or adults with complex needs. It is an innovative approach that mobilizes the community to help families with complex problems to find solutions and have a better life.

We are approaching you because we need help from people like you in this community to really develop this project and to increase your community’s capacity to help children, youth, and their families with complex problems to have a better life…one day at a time!

By supporting the Community Support Team process you are supporting your community to take care of those families who need more than the services your community can provide.

Here are some different ways that you can get involved:

    • Become a champion for Community Support Team in your community
    • Financial assistance to support the project
    • Services in kind
    • Volunteering (e.g. mentoring a child or a parent, driving a family to appointments, etc.)
    • Fundraising
    • Become a member of the Community Mobilization Team that supports and oversees the Wraparound process in your community
    • Support for a family monthly
    • Train to become a volunteer Facilitator
